I began my sewing career at 8 years old, sewing clothes for my dolls and myself.  I haven't stopped sewing since.  In 1987, I discovered my niche - I had a passion for quilting.  In the beginning, I hand quilted everything.  That was incredibly time consuming, so I began machine quilting on my Pfaff home sewing machine, but that was still time consuming and difficult.  A few years ago, I finally took the leap and purchased my American Professional Quilt Systems Millennium Long Arm Machine.  Wow, do I love it!  Now, I not only quilt my own quilts, but I also get to turn the beautiful quilt tops that my customer's send me into lasting treasures for them.  I love creating special quilting designs for each quilt top.

I use only top of the line products including Superior Threads, Hobbs batting, quality 108" wide backing fabrics and of course the top of the line equipment. 

I am always expanding my quilting knowledge by reading and attending classes and seminars with some of the best quilters in the world.
